The bulk of the problem comes from the major subsystem for PostalOne - PostalOne CFM. This is the core of the system, it consists of 3 million lines of ColdFusion, J2EE, and JavaScript running under Websphere 5.1. This chunk of Java generates a single Jar file that is some 300MB in size - it literally takes hours just to regenerate this system. The version of ColdFusion they are running under is no longer available/supported, so we will need the expertise to look at how they have implemented their current ColdFusion to see the level of effort to move it to ColdFusion MX (which is the current version of ColdFusion that is supported on zLinux).
