| Description: | Promgirl, llc is seeking an experienced web developer to spearhead the development of their next generation e-commerce platform. This is a long-term/full-time assignment. We are looking for an individual who prefers to work independently and has the experience to quickly grow into a senior level position. Responsibilities: - Expanding a ColdFusion/SQLServer based ecommerce platform with content management, inventory and workflow features - Maintaining and expanding www.simplydresses.com and www.promgirl.com - Take responsibility for the eventual technical direction of the organization related to web sites Skills: - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and methods. - Self motivated with the ability to work individually. - Solid coding, debugging and problem solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. - Interest in and enthusiasm for new web technologies. Qualifications: - We will only consider applicants with extensive ColdFusion experience. - Must have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. - Strong experience and knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server). - Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS is required. - Knowledge of AJAX, DHTML, Flash/Flex is desirable. Requirements: - This position requires work on location in our New York office. Compensation: Annual Salary range (based on qualifications) of $75,000 - $110,000 plus incentive compensation and bonuses.
